Absolutely. We can engrave pets, babies, and even scanned older photographs- as long as the image is clear and the subject is recognizable.
6. Is the image engraved inside the crystal or on the surface?
The image is laser-engraved deep within the crystal using precision German technology, creating a stunning floating 3D effect- while keeping the surface perfectly smooth and flawless.
7. Do the crystals come with a light base?
Light bases are optional add-ons and can be selected during checkout. While not required, a light base beautifully illuminates the engraving and enhances the 3D effect-especially in low-light settings.

9. Are your crystals real glass or plastic?
We use premium-grade K9 optical crystal glass, renowned for its clarity, brilliance, and durability. Unlike acrylic or plastic, this high-quality crystal offers a flawless, glass-like appearance that beautifully enhances every engraved detail.

Currently, we ship to US & Canada only. We’re working to expand internationally soon!
11. Is my photo safe?
Yes. All uploads are encrypted and securely stored. We permanently delete your image after your order is fulfilled.
12. What happens if my crystal arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll send a free replacement-no questions asked.
13. Can I include more than one person or pet in the same crystal?
Absolutely! Most of our crystal sizes can accommodate multiple people or pets in one design. For the best results, we recommend choosing a larger crystal for group photos to ensure every detail is engraved with clarity.
